I want to share a culinary discovery with you all. Picture in your mind’s eye a typical banana split. Drizzled chocolate syrup, bananas, chopped nuts, whipped cream . . . delicious. Too bad ice cream is only a sometimes food.
I can’t eat ice cream every day, so I started to experiment with ice cream toppings on my breakfast cereal instead. It sounds crazy, but you should try it! The best combo I’ve got so far is banana slices on wheaties, drizzled in chocolate syrup or hot fudge.
